In accordance with the DEMA Bylaws, Directors serve three-year terms. Additional information on DEMA's Board of Directors and Bylaws  is available on DEMA.org. The election was conducted by CPA firm, Gray, Proctor & McMannis, based in Newport Beach, CA. All A-category DEMA Members who had joined or renewed their DEMA Membership for 2024 by January 16, 2024 were eligible to vote in this election. The final vote count is available to DEMA Members who are logged into the Members-Only Dashboard of  www.dema.org.

Congratulations to all of DEMA's Directors! In the coming weeks, the Board will meet to conduct officer elections, form committees and select individuals to chair them. Join Us For a DEMA Show 2024 Town Hall Discussion

 In response to much talk pertaining to DEMA Show 2024 and the upcoming Formula 1 race in Las Vegas this November, we extend a special invitation for you to participate in an exclusive online "town hall" discussion. To accommodate as many stakeholders and time zones as possible, we will host the first two town hall sessions in early January, with others to follow.

These first two sessions are scheduled for:

• January 9th at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time
• January 11th at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time

These online get-togethers provide valuable opportunities for you and other industry professionals to:

• Learn how DEMA is helping attendees and exhibitors navigate the 2024 Formula 1 race and pre-race activities taking place in Las Vegas, NV in November 2024.
• Share your concerns about DEMA Show, ask questions, and provide input.
• Hear from other industry stakeholders.

Your input and participation are highly valued during the planning process of DEMA Show 2024 and help ensure that the Show is a success.
